Our People

We are all faculty at community and technical colleges in Washington state who were selected by our respective colleges to represent faculty at the state level. From our areas of expertise, different student populations, and teaching modalities to the varying stages in our careers and unique policy paradigms, we all bring valuable insight to FACTC.

Through FACTC, we share our various perspectives to provide insight for our colleagues, administrators, and policy makers, to increase communication between colleges and relevant institutions, and to keep up with the constantly evolving landscape of higher education. As a representative body, whose stated goal is to reflect faculty perspectives on critical issues in the state, we strive to have a representative from every community and technical college in the state. If your college is not currently represented (listed as vacant on our representatives page), please reach out to wafactc@gmail.com if you or someone you know are interested in being a representative.
